Excellent insulation performance
The thermal conductivity of insulation bricks is generally 0.2-0.4 w/m.k. Compared with the thermal conductivity of refractory bricks above 1.0 w/m.k, the insulation performance of insulation bricks is significantly better than that of refractory bricks. This means that under the same conditions, insulation bricks can more effectively reduce the transfer and loss of heat, thereby achieving better insulation effects.

Lightweight materials
Insulation bricks are generally lightweight insulation materials with a density of 0.8-1.0g/cm³. Insulation bricks weigh only about 1.4 kilograms per square meter, which can significantly reduce the overall weight of the building and reduce material transportation and installation costs.

Excellent fireproof performance
The fireproof performance of insulation bricks reaches the national standard A level, that is, the non-combustible level. This means that when a fire occurs, insulation bricks can effectively prevent the spread of fire and buy more time for escape and rescue.

Clean and environmentally friendly
The use of insulation bricks will not cause secondary pollution of the air, which meets the requirements of modern green buildings and environmental protection.

Simple production and short construction period
The production process of insulation bricks breaks through the traditional process and greatly shortens the construction period. Its construction is simple, and no other construction equipment is required, which saves manpower, material and time costs.

Beautiful and durable
Insulation bricks can be adjusted into various colors, suitable for open installation, which increases the beauty of the building's appearance. At the same time, its durable characteristics also ensure the long-term stability and safety of the building.

Types Of Insulation Bricks

Lightweight Clay Insulation Brick
Lightweight clay insulation bricks are usually used in the thermal insulation of industrial furnaces according to their functional characteristics, which can reduce the heat loss of the furnace and save power. The operating temperature of them is between 1200℃and 1400℃. The benefits of lightweight clay insulation bricks are outstanding features and low price quotes. S

Mullite Insulation Brick
Mullite insulation brick can directly touch the flame, whose refractoriness can reach above 1790℃, and the larger use temperature is between 1350℃ and 1450℃.

Alumina Bubble Brick
Alumina bubble brick is made of alumina hollow spheres and alumina powder as the primary material, with the addition of other binders, fired at a high temperature of 1750℃. So it is a kind of energy-saving insulation material attributed to ultra-high temperature materials.

Lightweight high alumina insulation bricks
Lightweight high-aluminum insulation bricks refer to lightweight refractory bricks with an AL2O3 content of more than 46%. Those made of natural high alumina bauxite clinker as the main material are called ordinary lightweight high alumina bricks; those made of fused or sintered alumina as raw materials are called light corundum bricks, and the main crystal phase is mainly corundum.

Silica thermal insulation brick
Silica thermal insulation bricks refer to thermally insulating siliceous refractory bricks with a SIO2 content of more than 90% and a volume density of less than 1.2g/cm3. The bulk density is 0.9-1.1g/cm3, the compressive strength is 2.0-5.9MPa, the thermal conductivity is 0.35-0.42W (m.k), and the operating temperature is 1200-1500°C. It is suitable for high-temperature furnaces that do not come into contact with slag.

Applications of insulation bricks

Ceramics industry

In ceramic kilns, these insulation bricks provide efficient heat retention and reduce energy consumption. Their lightweight nature also facilitates easier installation and maintenance.

Metallurgy industry

In steel and aluminum production, the insulation bricks are used in furnaces and ladles to maintain high temperatures and prevent heat loss.

Glass manufacturing

In glass furnaces, the insulation bricks help in maintaining a uniform temperature distribution, leading to improved glass quality and reduced energy consumption.

Other applications

Insulation bricks are also used in industries such as petrochemicals and power generation, where high-temperature insulation is essential.
