Your Professional Carbon Bricks Manufacturer
Kerui Refractory – For your best choice!
Kerui Refractory has now become one of the powerful refractory enterprises in the research, development, production and sales of refractory products, and its product uses cover the use of refractory materials for high-temperature kilns and equipment in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, electric power, military industry, non-ferrous metals, carbon industry and other industries.
Why Choose Us
High standard manufacturing
In the production, Kerui adhere to the use of sophisticated equipment and technology, respectively, to ensure the precision of powder ratio, improve the strength and refractories of refractory products, reduce the rate of defective products, to ensure the stability and reliability of product quality.
Excellent technical team
Kerui has a complete pre-sale technical team and standardized customer service consultation process to provide customers with the design, production, construction and maintenance of the overall furnace refractory, and help customers quickly select the appropriate furnace construction and maintenance plan.
Construction services
At the time of product delivery, we provide product operation manuals to guide the whole process of product construction, and provide product maintenance strategies and precautions to ensure construction quality and stable use.
High productivity
Kerui refractory produces 150000 tons of sintered products and 100000 tons of unshaped refractory materials annually. The company has four plants, namely heavy bricks, light bricks, unshaped bricks and fused bricks.
Advantages of carbon bricks
High refractoriness
They can withstand extremely high temperatures without melting or softening.
01
High compressive strength
They possess excellent structural integrity.
02
Excellent thermal shock resistance
They can withstand rapid temperature changes without cracking.
03
Low thermal expansion
They experience minimal expansion when heated, minimizing thermal stress.
04
High chemical resistance
They are resistant to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents.
05
Types of carbon bricks

Aluminium carbon brick
Bauxite and graphite of the highest quality are useful to make blast furnace aluminium carbon bricks. It also incorporates small amounts of silicon carbon and additives. It has strong heat resistance, excellent heat conductivity, and good alkali barrier properties.

Silicon carbon brick
A type of inert substance, silicon carbon exhibits excellent thermodynamic permeability. It has low expansion correlation, high heat strength, and little creep deflection. In addition, silicon carbon exhibits excellent anti-slag, anti-iron combing, and damage tolerance. Its oxidation resistance is superior to that of carbon-based materials.

Magnesia carbon brick
Graphite bricks and magnesia that has been dead-burned or fused is known as a magnesium-carbon brick. Whenever necessary, antioxidants are applied. These goods are categorised as environment conscious in terms of steel making due to our control over bonding agents.
Application of carbon bricks
Blast furnace construction
Building the bottom and hearth, belly, and lower parts of the furnace for improved operation time and extended service life.
Electrochemical industry
Providing lining for furnaces and other equipment.
Chemical industry
Used in various reactors, chambers, and towers.
Petrochemical industry
Lining pipes and furnaces for safe and efficient processing.
Electroplating industry
Used in tanks and other equipment.
Ferroalloy industrial furnace
Lining furnaces for high-temperature metal production.
Acid and lye lining and piping
Safely handling corrosive chemicals.
Smelting non-ferrous metals
Providing lining for furnaces and other equipment.
Carbon Bricks size
Rectangular carbon brick
Rectangular magnesia carbon brick is the most widely used brick type at present, and its size is generally 340mmx 270mmx 55mm, 340mm x 270mmx 65mm, 400mm x 300mmx 55mm, and 400mm x 300mmx 65mm, etc.
Square carbon brick
Square magnesia carbon bricks are also very common, the size is generally 230mmx 230mmx 50mm, 230mm x 230mm x 65mm, 270mm x 270mmx 55mm, 270mmx 270mmx 65mm, etc.
Other specifications
In addition to the above two commonly used specifications, carbon bricks also have other specifications and sizes. Such as rectangles, sectors, circles, etc. However, the specific use of these specifications of magnesia carbon bricks needs to be customized according to specific usage scenarios.
