Refractory cement CA80 is a high-aluminum pure calcium aluminate cementing material, which is widely used in the construction and repair of high-temperature equipment linings such as steel, non-ferrous metals, and cement.

 

 

【Product Features】

High Temperature Stability
Refractory cement CA80 uses high-purity alumina raw materials, which form a stable CA6 structure after sintering. The refractoriness is as high as 1790℃, and it can operate stably for a long time under high temperature environment.

 

High Purity
Through precise control of raw materials and calcination process, the purity of Al₂O₃ is stable ≥80%, and impurities such as iron and silicon are low.

 

Strong Versatility
Refractory cement CA80 is suitable for various high-temperature refractory castable systems in steel, nonferrous metals, building materials, petrochemical and other industries, and can be used for the construction of key parts such as furnace linings, ladles, and heating furnaces.
